Job Description:

We We are happy to announce an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Air-Duct Cleaning Technician Assistant with our company. We are seeking serious, trustworthy, dedicated, hard-working individuals, with basic mechanical skills, who are passionate about customer service and take pride in delivering exceptional service experience to our valued customers.

Job Summary:
Must be able to follow directions and process steps while learning the complete process for each of the services we provide. Must be able to work with little supervision while following all process steps at each and every job. Part of the initial training process is to assist and support the job supervisor (lead technician). The lead technician and the technician assistant will meet every morning, and will drive together in the company van to customers' homes to execute their daily jobs. Candidate must be articulate, friendly, and professional when communicating with customers, be honest, trustworthy, and is expected to deliver exceptional service experience to all customers, every time.

Responsibilities: You are expected to:

Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members to deliver outstanding service experience to all customers, every time
Execute professional high-quality air duct cleaning services to customers (inspecting ductwork, removing dust and debris, and more)
Demonstrate professional knowledge for all the services provided by our company, as well as cleaning processes and methods
Utilize specialized tools and equipment to clean air ducts, dryer vents, chimneys, and related components
Adhere to safety guidelines and industry standards throughout all operations
Maintain accurate records and reports related to each job
Commitment to work 5 days a week

Qualifications / Requirements:

Must have a commitment to delivering superb quality work without rounding corners and shortcuts. We expect perfect execution from all the people working for our company
Self motivated, independent, reliable, trustworthy, hard working individual
Strong attention to details, follow supervisor directions and process steps
Ability to solve problems, and think out-of-the-box
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - required
Must have physical ability to be able to handle heavy equipment, to perform physical labor, and to handle the demands of the job, including move/push/pull 150 LB equipment on wheels, lifting and working in confined spaces, as well as climbing and working on 15-20 ft ladder - required
Mechanically proficient/experienced with basic manual and powered working tools (like cordless drills and impact drivers) - required
At least 21 years old for insurance purposes - required
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record - required
Willingness to go through background check and drug test as part of the hiring process - required
Prior experience in air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, or chimney cleaning - is a plus (but not a must. We will train the right candidate)
Prior experience in providing services at customer properties - is a plus
Spanish Speaker - is a plus
Living in Marietta, GA (or close) - is a big plus (the candidate will meet every morning with his lead technician in Marietta and drive together in the company van to customers' homes to execute their daily jobs)
High school diploma or equivalent

Benefits:

Part Time position with option for Full Time
Paid on-the-job training (you get paid from day one)

Commit and able to work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Paid overtime (after 8 hours your hourly rate increases by 50%)
Salary is paid weekly, every Monday (for the previous week)
